Our Processes
The products undergo various fabrication processes to maintain precision and quality. Few of them are detailed below.
Cutting
The leathers are cut with Italian Cutting Machines using specific cutting dies.
Splitting & Skiving
The thickness and edges are split down to the required levels.
Fabrication & Sewing
Though machines are involved, a few processes still require hand skills. Fabrication of leather wallets is one such thing. Sewing takes place in completing the process.
Finishing and packing
The leather goods would further undergo a process like creasing the edges, stamping the name of the buyer, adding UPC price ticket information as per requirement, boxing them and finally placing them in master cartons.
